The Spiritual Law Of Yahweh
The Spiritual Law of Yahweh, what is it? The law of Moses is important but the Law of the Father in heaven is the most important Law of all the laws combined whether be it in heaven or earth. What is this Law we are talking about here? Today, we are going to share with you about this Spiritual Law. We are going to explore what the Spiritual Law is all about. Is this Law still exists and applicable to all of us today? We are discussing this biblical topic with you because we really care about you, and most importantly, that our great Elohim up in the heavens truly loves you more than you’ll ever know! Having said these things, we hope that you’ll have the eyes to see and the ears to hear for this true and faithful message. As always, we’ll let the Bible interpret itself to us. We pray this message will enlighten you with the truth.
When Moses reviewed the Ten Commandments with the people, he said, “These words Yahweh spoke to all your assembly, in the mountain from the midst of the fire, the cloud, and the thick darkness, with a loud voice; and He added no more. And He wrote them on two tablets of stone and gave them to me” (Deuteronomy 5:22). Elohim spoke the Ten Commandments. They were complete. He wrote them on the two tablets. Look and read that verse again—take notice that “He added NO MORE.” Yes, Elohim’s Law was perfect and He was satisfied to add nothing more to it! As the verse we just read pointed out, Elohim first spoke His Commandments to the entire trembling assembly at Mount Sinai (Exodus 20:1-17). But because the people feared the presence of Yahweh, they requested that Elohim speak directly to Moses from that day forth. That’s why Moses went alone to Mt. Sinai to receive the engraved stone record of Elohim’s Commandments.
Another account of Elohim delivering His Commandments to Moses reveals this—“…He (Yahweh) gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of Elohim” (Exodus 31:18). Yes, our Father in heaven engraved in stone His Ten Commandment Law with His own finger! The Father in heaven didn’t leave it up to man to write His “two tablets of the Testimony.” The Bible says Elohim wrote on each side, front and back, of both tablets. We are reassured again that it was Elohim’s doing. “Now the tablets were the work of Elohim, and the writing was the writing of Elohim engraved on the tablets” (Exodus 32:15-16). However, who wrote the second set after the first stone tablets were shattered? You’re probably familiar with the part of the story when Moses climbed down the mountain, witnessed the idolatry of the people worshiping the golden calf, and in a fit of righteous indignation slammed the first stone tablets to the ground (Exodus 32:19). But did you know that following this event Elohim still didn’t entrust a man to write His Law in a permanent stone record? That’s right—not even the second time around (Exodus 34:1). Yes, Elohim wrote the second set with His own finger! He did not want man to change His Law!
The account above is how Moses described the second memorial of the Ten Commandments. “At that time Yahweh said to me, Hew for yourself two tablets of stone like the first, and come up to Me on the mountain and make yourself an ark of wood. And I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke; and you shall put them in the ark. So I made an ark…hewed two tablets of stone…went up the mountain…And He wrote on the tablets according to the first writing (Spiritual Law), the Ten Commandments…” (Deuteronomy 10:1-4). Yes, Elohim wrote the second set with His own finger and instructed Moses to put His two tablets of the Testimony inside of the Ark. The good and faithful servant Moses did as Elohim instructed—“He took the Testimony and put it into the ark…and put the mercy seat on top of the ark” (Exodus 40:20). The Ten Commandments were placed inside the Ark of the Covenant, in the Most Holy Place of the Tabernacle. Have you ever self-wondered what this illustrated and why?
The Ark represented Elohim’s throne of authority! Elohim instructed Moses to place His Ten Commandment Law in a permanent place, inside the ark (Deuteronomy 10:2). From His ark-seat of judgment, Elohim founded His reign on the rule of His Ten Commandments—the very transcript of His righteous character! “Yahweh was pleased for His righteousness’ sake to make the Law great and glorious” (Isaiah 42:21). What is the Spiritual Law of Yahweh we’re talking of here? Yes, it’s the Ten Commandments. Always remember these things brethren: Elohim’s Law was perfect when he spoke it and He added nothing more to His Ten Commandments. Do not ever believe anyone at anytime who says or claims that there are additional commandments that were added, or is now being added to, or will be added to in the future to the original Ten Commandments! That is apostasy and a blasphemous lie! Don’t ever fall for it! Know the real truth about faith, grace and law by reading this. Furthermore, the Ten Commandments were engraved in stone and called the “two tablets of the Testimony.” Elohim wrote the Ten Commandments (both sets) with His own finger. The Ten Commandments were placed inside the Ark of the Covenant. Elohim’s Law is universal and it applies to both the ancient and modern people of all time!
In closing, the Ten Commandment Law of Elohim is perfect (Psalms 19:7). It is eternal (Matthew 5:17-19). Its is spiritual ((Romans 7:14). It is called the Royal Law (James 2:8). It is not burdensome (1 John 5:3). It points out sin (Romans 7:7, 3:20). It judges all men (James 2:10-12). It brings blessings and peace (Proverbs 29:18; Psalms 119:165). It is called the Law of Yahweh (Isaiah 5:24). The Ten Commandment Law of Elohim—written in our hearts and minds—is the heart of the New Covenant, just as it was with the Old Covenant! Unlike the law of Moses which is symbolic and ceremonial the Ten Commandments still stands today and it will be forever! It’s not/never done away with or changed even when Savior Yahshua was nailed and died on the stake! Therefore all the people and nations must be faithfully guided to remember these Bible truths. Yes, the Bible makes this clear and simple to understand—and there is nothing more important for this generation to learn and to fully grasp! Brethren, let us continue to share love, hope, faith and truth to others. May our Elohim protect you and bless you for doing His sacred work. All these things we humbly pray to Almighty Yahweh through Yahshua the Messiah our Master and King, Amen. Halleluyah and Shalom!
