The Coming World War 3
Has the danger of nuclear war diminished? We need only to read our daily newspapers and watch our televisions to understand that the potential for worldwide conflict remains a sobering reality. Mankind continues to invent and produce weapons of mass destruction. Can humanity survive World War 3, or will it descend into the sort of post-apocalyptic nightmare we see on movie screens? Today we are going to share with you a very sensitive and fearsome subject matter that nobody wants to really to talk about, let alone see it happen in the future. We hope that you will pay a very special attention to this true and faithful message about the coming World War 3. We are not saying this based on our own thinking. Bible prophecy clearly reveals that, eventually, all nations will become involve and will fight in World War 3! Yahshua of Nazareth, who will return to save the world from itself, stated this frank reality: “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened” (Matthew 24:21-22). As always, we ask the help of Yahweh’s Holy Spirit to give us wisdom, as we soberly and humbly discuss with you this very crucial topic.
The Bible plainly tells us all that as humanity’s end of the age approaches, relationships between peoples and nations will grow exceedingly toxic and vindictive. The totalitarian regime of North Korea continues to rattle its saber and provoke the United States by testing missiles capable of reaching North America with atomic weaponry. The tension between nuclear-armed India and Pakistan remains a global concern. Relations among the nuclear powerhouses of the U.S., Russia and China are increasingly troubled and strained, as are relations between the U.S. and its long-time, post-war allies in Europe, such as Germany. And the threat of a terrorist nuclear attack refuses to go away, as rogue nations present potential opportunities for nuclear materials and technology to proliferate. The human society is confused, distressed and in disarray. However, make no mistake that the present dangers of our high-tech world and our modern society was also experienced in biblical times. The sin of evil humans grew worse by day and just persisted. What occurred during that ancient period? Notice! “Then Yahweh saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually” (Genesis 6:5). Truly, our modern society is on the very brink of disaster. The piling troubles individuals, families and nations experience seem to multiply each passing day. Many have no real hope of finding genuine peace, prosperity and security. Yet the Eternal Yahweh promised something marvelous and exciting will take place after the great tribulation of World War 3. For the time being, distressing times will persist and even grow worse. The Savior of mankind Yahshua told His disciples that conditions on the earth just prior to His second coming will parallel those of the patriarch Noah’s era: “But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be” (Matthew 24:37). Yes, this present world and its modern society is heading for big trouble and heavy chastisement from the Creator Himself!
The ultimate war yet lies ahead of us. That coming war would lead to total cosmocide—death to everyone and everything on the earth—unless our Heavenly Father Yahweh were to intervene! This future world war will be so horrible that unless Yahshua the Messiah comes to earth to put an end to the escalating death and destruction, all men, women and children would perish! (Matthew 24:21-22). The Bible’s book of Revelation describes the tribulations produced by the famous Four Horsemen and their ride. War and famine will directly devastate one-fourth of the earth (Revelation 6:7-8). The apostle John described what is going to happen during the sixth trumpet plague. John describes a massive army invading west across the Euphrates River, which runs from Turkey through Syria and Iraq to the Persian Gulf. John writes: “Then the sixth angel sounded: And I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before Yahweh, saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates. So the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released to kill a third of mankind. Now the number of the army of the horsemen was two hundred million; I heard the number of them” (Revelation 9:13-16). What will this army do to the populations of the earth? This future army will kill one-third of mankind! At least two billion human beings will be killed in World War 3! If we want to escape this coming calamity, we need to wake up now! We need to seek Yahweh for life, protection and salvation.
We now live in a very dangerous world. Human nature and warring nations will escalate those dangers into the coming World War 3. If the nations do not turn from their lawless and anti-Elohim ways of living, Yahweh will punish them in a great tribulation. Yahweh will punish all the nations in World War 3 if they do not repent! Bible prophecy indicates that just a small percentage will survive, but Yahweh will save the remnant of His church or assembly all over the world. Prior to Yahshua’s return, the environment will be devastated. The fifth and sixth trumpets reveal military actions and events leading up to the return of Yahshua the Messiah. Sadly, mankind has generally gone its own way, experimenting with every form of government, sex, religion, philosophy, education, entertainment, science, technology, business and commerce. Where will it lead? To World War 3! And further describing the age prior to Yahshua’s return and His millenial reign on the earth, the apostle Paul wrote: “But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of Elohim, having a form of holiness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!” (2 Timothy 3:1-5). Aren’t we seeing the exact negative attitudes in so many people and cultures around the world today?
But the Creator Yahweh has a plan to save humanity. And that plan includes a new world with His Savior Son Yahshua, the King of kings and the Prince of peace! The Savior of mankind Yahshua is to lead all nations on earth and teach all peoples the way to lasting peace in His millenial reign on earth. The weapons of warfare will be turned into instruments of peace. And all nations will come to the new world capital, Jerusalem. They will worship the true Elohim there, and they will learn that the laws of Yahweh—the Ten Commandments—will instruct everyone in the way of Almighty Yahweh’s righteousness. Notice! The Bible tells us: “Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of Yahweh’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it. Many people shall come and say, “Come and let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the house of the Elohim of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths, For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of Yahweh from Jerusalem” (Isaiah 2:2-3). That is the world to which we look forward! No longer will terrorists mercilessly kill and destroy. No longer will the tribes and nations fight one another. Human beings will learn the way of life taught in the Bible. Satan the devil and his demon cohorts will be cast into an abyss where they can no longer corrupt human minds or incite hatred and violence (Revelation 20:1-3).
Finally, the seventh trumpet announces the great news that all nations and people need. The Kingdom of Yahweh will bring lasting peace to this earth. “Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of Yahweh and of His Messiah, and He shall reign forever and ever!” (Revelation 11:15). This is the good news for which we all pray! Yet carnal, rebellious nations will not find it good news. Incredibly, they will fight against Savior Yahshua at His coming. As the Bible tells us, “The nations were angry” at His return (Revelation 11:18). Revelation 19 goes on to describe that battle and its results. The nations will learn quickly and in a very hard way that they can’t win against the Commander of heaven’s armies, Yahshua the Messiah! What happens next? Everyone on the earth will see the return of Messiah: “Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.” (Revelation 1:7). Humbled by World War 3, survivors will return to Yahweh and accept His blessings and His ways (Ezekiel 36:24-28). This is the time when all living and resurrected saints (genuine Christians) will rule with Yahshua the Messiah. The immortalized saints will be kings and priests, ruling over nations and cities. In accord with Yahshua, they will teach the nations Yahweh’s way of life. The coming world-ruling Kingdom of Eternal Yahweh will govern all nations on earth!
Furthermore, the very nature of animals will also change during Yahshua’s reign on earth. Notice! “The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the young goat, the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. The cow and the bear shall graze; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. The nursing child shall play by the cobra’s hole, and the weaned child shall put his hand in the viper’s den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Yahweh as the waters cover the sea” (Isaiah 11:6-9). The deserts and former wastelands will turn green and lush as rainfall reaches them regularly and in the right amount (Leviticus 26:4). “The wilderness and the dry land will be glad. The desert will rejoice and blossom like a rose” (Isaiah 35:1). Farms and gardens will flourish as never before (Amos 9:13). Many desolate, ruined cities and towns will be renovated as young families journey there to build homes and farms (Ezekiel 36:9-10; 34-36). Yahshua will give people their own land to cultivate and enjoy. “Everyone shall sit under his vine and under his fig tree, and no one shall make them afraid; for the mouth of Yahweh of hosts has spoken” (Micah 4:4). All the families will experience blessing after blessing as they raise abundant crops, fruit trees and healthy livestock (Isaiah 30:23). After World War 3 under King Yahshua’s reign, each person will live in good health, be prosperous, have plenty to eat and feel very comfortable and deeply fulfilled (Jeremiah 31:12).
In closing, human beings who survive World War 3 will come to understand that man’s ways lead to death (Proverbs 14:12; 16:25). Yahshua the Messiah will offer each of them the gift of His Holy Spirit so that they will not only fully comprehend spiritual knowledge and be able to follow Yahweh’s ways, but will have the prospect of obtaining eternal life (Acts 2:38; Isaiah 65:20-24). True Christians are now learning that way of life. We are called to be peacemakers, to be the light of the world and the salt of the earth, as Yahshua taught in Matthew 5. It is the way of love, of sharing, giving, helping and serving. Though this world continues to experience hate, Yahweh is love (1 John 4:8; 16). The world beyond the coming World War 3 will experience Yahweh’s divine love, under the rulership of Yahshua the Messiah, for a thousand years. Yahshua taught us: “But seek first the Kingdom of Yahweh and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” (Matthew 6:33). May we all look forward to His coming Kingdom on earth, and may we all look forward with hope and faith. All of these things we humbly ask and fervently pray in the name of our coming Master and King, Yahshua the Messiah, Amen. Shalom to all. Halleluyah!
