Yahweh’s Word Must Be Given Free Of Charge To People
The Word of Yahweh was freely given to people during biblical times. If that was true during that time then why many “so-called” spiritual leaders of different clergies and churches today are doing exactly the opposite? Any Christian ministry or organization involved in things that pertain to Yahweh, and His Word, the Bible, must adhere to this plain truth. There is something absolutely not right when the things of Yahweh and His Word are connected to gain and profit. To teach or preach Yahweh’s Word by selling it and make a profit of it is simply wrong!
When we genuinely love people, we are drawn instinctively to help them, to give them service as best we can without expecting nothing in return, in other words, for free. Case and point–during the ministry of Yahshua the Messiah on this earth more than 2,000 years ago He told His disciples this: “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils, freely you have received, freely give.” (Matthew 10:8). Note what the Savior Yahshua’s reaction was when He saw the buying and selling activities at His Father’s (Yahweh) House: “And Yahshua entered the temple and drove out all who sold and bought there, and He overturned the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those who sold pigeons and He said to them: “It is written, My house shall be called a house of prayer, but you have made it a den of thieves.” (Matthew 21:13)
Reading the Bible passages above from Yahshua the Savior clearly states there’s absolutely no business of buying or selling in His house when doing or conducting prayer (worshiping and sharing the Word of Yahweh to people). If the Savior of this world and man had taught and practiced it Himself, then who are you and me not to abide by His own example to us? Shame on those people who teach the Holy Scriptures and preach about Yahweh and His Son Yahshua with a selfish and wrong motivation! Don’t you know that both Almighty Yahweh and Yahshua the Messiah can fully read and understand your thoughts and both can precisely decipher the intent of your heart before you can even say a word or do any thing?
The apostle Paul while he was in Corinth asked nothing for himself (1 Corinthians 9:15), and even worked for his keep as a tent-maker while he was with the Corinthians (Acts 18:1-4). In contrast a pretender person named Simon Magus, a sorcerer/magician, tried to buy the Spiritual gifts of Yahweh when he saw that through the laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Spirit of Yahweh was given to people that He offered them money so He could receive the Holy Spirit also. But the apostle Peter said to Simon: “Your money perish with you, because you thought that the gift of Yahweh could be purchased with money.” (Acts 8:18-20). Simon had seen and wondered for himself the miracles and signs which were done through the Holy Spirit (Acts 8:13). But Peter made it clear to Simon that he cannot sell the gifts of the Holy Spirit and he should pray to Yahweh and repent of his wickedness (Acts 8:22)
Some of the related Scriptural teachings about giving freely the Word of Yahweh to others are found in the following bible passages, in the Old Testament: “I will freely sacrifice to You; I will praise Your name, O Yahweh, for it is good.” (Psalm 54:6). In the New Testament: “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from Yahweh, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by Yahweh.” (1 Corinthians 2:12); “He Who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:32). The apostle Paul wrote: “Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches. Do not be deceived, Yahweh is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.” (Galatians 6:6-7). We don’t know what your inner motivation is in sharing Yahweh’s Word to others, but believe that Yahweh does!
In conclusion, Yahweh does not request a payment for what He provides to us. It was a gift, given to you and me for free and we are not allowed to provide it on profit. True Christians gifted by Yahweh to minister in any way to Him, to write for Him, to sing for Him, are strictly prohibited to do it for profit and with profit. As we received His gifts free of charge we should also give them free of charge to others. Therefore, true teachers and preachers of the Holy Bible should give away for free and without any strings attached lectures, Bible studies, pamphlets, CDs, DVDs, tracts and books related to the Most High Yahweh and His Son Yahshua the Messiah. Are you a good sower planting seed to good ground, or are you a bad sower planting bad seed to a good ground? Yahweh knows! That being said, the true Saints of the Most High admonish you all who are reading this, especially to the Bible teachers and preachers out there, to use their Yahweh-given spiritual gifts to help and bring in the Good News of the Gospel for free always after you share to others.
